I have a leadership development consulting practice named The Tolle Group, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We focus on turning technical managers into business leaders, primarily in the medical device industry. I started the practice in Chicago, Illinois in 1995 and moved to Ann Arbor in 2005. I have a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
